My dog is so darn cute..

Put her in a wheelbarrow, and she lets you take pictures of her. I guess that’s only because she is too afraid to jump out. Oh well, it was adorable. Best dog ever.

Wow, Summer 2010 was quite an eventful one…

This year we got our hydrengas to bloom, strawberries and watermelons to grow, we re-roofed our house, framed in, drywalled and painted the basement, went to Colorado, and much more! All in all, a great summer. Now on to my last semester of school, working on a bunch of designing and waiting for the fall weather to settle in

Just looking through some of our honeymoon pictures and realizing how beautiful Colorado is. I want to go back soon!

How can you not fall in love with that view? I want to live there.

Last but not least, Justin surprised me with a night at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park. We watched Ghost Hunters Live at the Stanley and I didn’t sleep all night after our microwave started on fire and the lights flickered lots. Totally haunted…

My wedding day was honestly the best day of my life. Looking back the pictures brings back feelings of nervousness, excitedness and an overwhelming happiness that I have never felt in my life. Before the ceremony, I sat in my house and just started crying. I did not know what feeling I was feeling, but then I saw Justin and nothing else mattered. He was mine, I was his, and we would have each other for the rest of our lives.

Whoa.. 2 Weeks!

In two weeks I will no longer be a single woman! I am super excited for the wedding, and throughout the planning, I have gained much inspiration from sites like www.wileyvalentine.com and www.stylemepretty.com. I have decided to put together my own wedding inspiration board which shows the overall feel of our wedding. Can’t wait! I am super excited to put on my dress, get hair and makeup done, wear pretty jewelry, throw an amazing party and spend the rest of my life with the man of my dreams

This post is dedicated to our pup, Wrigley. She makes Justin and I feel like parents… last week she got spayed and she was pretty out of it for a few days. Sunday night she was lying underneath the kitchen table crying and howling, so Justin picked her up and put her in bed and she didn’t move from that one spot the whole entire night. We didn’t think this was normal, so Monday morning at 7 I called the vet and they said they would have the doctor call me back. In the meantime, I had to go to work so I dropped Wrigley off at Justin’s parents so she could play with her sister (I know, its cute) and the vet called me back and told me to bring her in so they could watch her the rest of the day. I get back to the Danielsen’s and guess who is running around, playing, jumping etc… she was feeling just fine. I took her to the vet anyway and they said she was fine. They compared her to a human who just had surgery and I felt stupid. I looked like a freaking sickness obsessed dog mother. Pretty embarrassing. Thanks Wriggles…

So when Justin and I started a garden this spring, I wasn’t very into it. We planted lots of flowers and veggies, and now that everything is blooming and growing, I am obsessed! Never would I have thought that I would enjoy pulling weeds I have found, however, that it is a great, mindless stress reliever, and I could seriously sit out there for hours. Another perk: fresh vegetables. We have picked 6 jalepenos and lots of fresh basil so far, I am just hoping that the strawberries start growing! Here are some pics I took yesterday when the weather was gorgeous
